Delhi building owner ignored collapse warning months earlier, probe finds

An initial probe into a Delhi building collapse at Chawri Bazar says the owner allegedly carried out fresh construction on the second and third floors without approval. Officials say a warning issued about six months earlier was ignored, and that repairs were used as cover for the unauthorised work that preceded the tragedy.
