BBC Radio 1Xtra Launches First Dedicated UK Rap Chart

BBC Radio 1Xtra is launching a weekly UK rap chart celebrating the top 20 best-selling domestic rap tracks, presented with DJ Kenny Allstar. The station says the list gives British rap its own fair playing field separate from broader singles charts. The move aims to spotlight homegrown hip-hop sales and airplay.
