NK Singh calls borrowing more to tackle high debt 'bizarre'

Former 15th Finance Commission chairman NK Singh said the idea that the world should take on more debt to deal with high debt looks 'bizarre', as he launched his book Endeavours: An Ensemble of My Life. Economist Minouche Shafik said advanced economies seem politically unable to fix their finances, while markets treat emerging and developing countries more harshly.
