Salim Merchant buys ₹12.85 crore commercial space in Santacruz

Music composer Salim Merchant and four others have bought a commercial property in Mumbai's Santacruz (West) for ₹12.85 crore, property documents show. The 1,285 sq ft space spans the ground and first floors of DLH Mangal Murti building at Linking Road and Talmaki Road. Merchant holds a 50% share. The deal, registered on October 7, carried ₹77.10 lakh stamp duty.
