Scottish minister urges Ofcom review of BBC Scotland channel closure

Scotland's Culture Secretary Màiri McAllan has asked regulator Ofcom to review the BBC's "wholly unacceptable" plan to take the BBC Scotland TV channel off air and move it online. The broadcaster announced the change, along with similar moves for BBC Three and Radio 4 Extra, as part of efforts to save £500m by 2028.
