CBI backs shifting Twisha Sharma trial from MP to Delhi

The CBI has told the Supreme Court it supports moving the Twisha Sharma case trial from Madhya Pradesh to Delhi, citing fears of witness intimidation. The accused are her mother-in-law Giribala Singh, a former district judge, and husband Samarth Singh. A bench of CJI Surya Kant and Justices Joymalya Bagchi and V Mohana adjourned the matter at the accused's request.
