Moonshot AI resets user quotas after Kimi K3.1 Pro launch glitches

Beijing-based Moonshot AI has apologised for rate limiting and unnecessary quota consumption following the launch of its Kimi K3.1 Pro model. It is resetting all subscribers' monthly quotas by 25%, roughly a week's use, while those below 25% usage were reset to zero. The company also cut unnecessary subagent calls and output length.
