Kerala HC quashes cheating case against Nivin Pauly and Abrid Shine

The Kerala High Court has quashed a cheating case against actor Nivin Pauly and director Abrid Shine after the parties settled out of court. Producer P.S. Shamnas had alleged that the overseas rights of Action Hero Biju 2 were sold without his knowledge. Justice P.V. Balakrishnan observed the alleged offences were not grave and had no serious impact on society.
