Israel detains UK MPs and MSP, bars them from West Bank

SNP MP Lara Bird, Labour MP Clive Lewis and Scottish Greens MSP Kate Nevens say Israeli authorities held them for eight hours and refused them entry to the West Bank at the King Hussein Bridge. They were part of a 23-strong Progressive International delegation. Israel's UK embassy said the group failed to cooperate and gave false information.
