Texas grand jury indicts ICE officer over Houston raid

A Texas grand jury has indicted ICE officer Mario Alberto Morales on a charge of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. He is accused of running over a Mexican construction worker with an SUV during an immigration raid in Houston on October 10. Harris County District Attorney Sean Teare announced the indictment. Criminal charges against federal immigration officers are rare.
