Sweden courts Indian STEM students but rules out campuses in India

Sweden wants more Indian students to apply directly to its universities but does not plan campuses in India, Ambassador Petra Menander said at a New Delhi education fair featuring 13 Swedish institutions. About 4,200 Indians went to Sweden for higher studies last year and 40,000 for work. She said Sweden is especially seeking STEM, life science and biotech talent.
