Managed farm estates become Bengaluru's new weekend escape

Instead of crowded resorts, many Bengaluru professionals are now spending weekends on their own managed farm plots of around 400 sq.m. in places like Sakleshpur, Kanakapura, Chikkaballapur and Denkanikottai. The estates combine nature, hands-on farming and property ownership. Families prune mango trees, harvest organic vegetables and check drip irrigation, while bio-ponds and trees like teak and sandalwood dot the land.
