James Gunn says Margot Robbie may be done playing Harley Quinn

DC Studios boss James Gunn has suggested Margot Robbie may be finished with her role as Harley Quinn, saying she 'may be over' playing the character. Robbie first played Harley Quinn in 2016 and returned in 2020. Gunn also said his film The Suicide Squad remains part of the new DCU canon, though with an asterisk.
