Last Polestar 2 reportedly rolls off line after 200,000 built

The final Polestar 2 has reportedly rolled off the Luqiao assembly line in China, with more than 200,000 built since the electric sedan launched in 2020, according to European outlets. Polestar has not officially confirmed it, but the brand plans an updated Polestar 2 in 2027 and a new Polestar 7 SUV in early 2028, while exiting the US.
