Noah Wyle, 55, best known for ER and HBO's The Pitt, has been named People magazine's Sexiest Man Alive for 2026. The cover was revealed on Amy Poehler's Good Hang podcast. Wyle said he first thought the news was a prank and joked he expects plenty of teasing from friends and family. He succeeds Jonathan Bailey.
