Election Commission tells SC its SIR orders were unanimous

CEC Gyanesh Kumar and Election Commissioners Sukhbir Singh Sandhu and Vivek Joshi told the Supreme Court in a joint affidavit that they acted unanimously in scheduling the Special Intensive Revision of electoral rolls. The affidavit confirmed the two ECs wrote to the Cabinet Secretary about an internal work allocation order, which was never implemented. The court hears the petitions on Tuesday.
