Barcelona fined €602 for approaching Atletico's Julian Alvarez

Spain's football association has fined Barcelona 602 euros after Atletico Madrid complained the club contacted striker Julian Alvarez without first notifying them in writing. FIFA said it had no jurisdiction. Alvarez, 26, whose Atletico contract runs to June 2030, recently apologised to fans for saying he dreamed of playing for Barcelona, calling it 'a mistake'.
