Delhi HC orders probe into qualifications of doctors in NICU case

The Delhi High Court has directed the National Medical Commission and DGHS to jointly examine the qualifications of two doctors accused of mishandling a child in a neonatal ICU, and report within two weeks. Justice Neena Bansal Krishna passed the order on October 30 while hearing a contempt petition filed by the child's mother, Sapna Jain.
