Runware plans assembly line to mass-produce AI data centre pods

AI infrastructure firm Runware wants to build prefabricated data centre pods on a factory production line, much like cars. CEO Flaviu Radulescu says its Romania-based factory aims to reach 30 megawatts of capacity per day by 2028, close to 1 gigawatt a month. Rivals such as Crusoe and Schneider Electric also sell prefabricated pods, but Runware claims it can ship faster.
