Netherlands rescues 38 men adrift in rubber boat off Zeeland coast

Dutch authorities rescued 38 men from a motorless rubber dinghy drifting off the coast of Zeeland province, a rare interception in Dutch waters. Military police said two on board are suspected smugglers and the rest migrants, 36 of them from Afghanistan. Nobody wore a life vest, and officials still do not know where the boat came from or was heading.
