Tesla in Full Self-Driving mode fatally hits pedestrian on California highway

A 71-year-old man was killed after being hit by a Tesla operating in Full Self-Driving mode while crossing Interstate 80 in Vallejo, California, around 2:30am. California Highway Patrol said dashcam video showed the car braking and steering left before striking him. Authorities believe another vehicle also hit him but did not stop. The Tesla driver remained at the scene.
