New FASTag local pass offers annual toll relief near plazas

Residents within 20 km of national highway toll plazas can seek a Concessional Local Pass priced at Rs 1,500 or Rs 3,000 a year, depending on the plaza. Applicants need a working FASTag and a non-commercial vehicle. The scheme cuts toll costs for eligible locals but comes with clear eligibility limits.
