Jharkhand blames scorer's error for one-run loss, writes to BCCI

The Jharkhand Cricket Association has complained to the BCCI that an official scorer failed to add a completed run in the final over of its women's Under-19 chase against Uttarakhand in Nagpur. Chasing 135, Jharkhand were all out for 133 off the last ball when a batter was run out going for a second run. The loss knocked them out.
