Jeep may bring two Dongfeng-developed SUVs to India

Jeep could use two SUVs developed through Stellantis's partnership with China's Dongfeng for its next phase in India: a C-segment model and a larger D-segment model that could slot near the Compass and Meridian. Neither has been confirmed for India yet. Stellantis and Dongfeng agreed in May 2026 to build two Jeep off-roaders in Wuhan from 2027.
