17 NC MLAs give Abdullahs 15-day ultimatum over 'coterie culture'

At least 17 ruling National Conference legislators met for hours in Srinagar on Friday and issued a 15-day ultimatum to party president Farooq Abdullah and vice-president Omar Abdullah over 'unilateral decisions' and 'coterie culture'. Senior leaders including Mubarak Gul attended. The revolt came three days after Chief Minister Omar Abdullah expanded his Cabinet from six to nine ministers.
