New BJP Bihar in-charge Harish Dwivedi urges stronger party outreach

On his first visit to Bihar as BJP in-charge, national general secretary Harish Dwivedi told state office-bearers in Patna to make organisational work more effective and spread word of the government's achievements through the party network. The meeting decided to hold regular gatherings at morcha, mandal and booth levels, and Dwivedi urged workers to visit the field regularly.
