Two feared trapped as under-construction house collapses in Delhi's Harsh Vihar

An under-construction house collapsed in the Milan Garden area of northeast Delhi's Harsh Vihar on Sunday evening, and two people, a contractor and his father, are feared trapped under the debris. Six fire tenders, police and NDRF teams joined the rescue. Police said the ground floor was old while a first floor was being built; the owner has been traced and legal action initiated.
