Noel Tata to exit six Tata company boards as he turns 70

Noel Tata will step down from the boards of six Tata Group companies on November 12, when he turns 70, under the group's retirement policy for non-executive directors. He will leave as chairman of Trent, Voltas, Tata Investment Corporation and Tata International, and as vice-chairman of Tata Steel and Titan. He stays on the Tata Sons board and as Tata Trusts chairman.
