Infosys Q2 profit rises 6.2% to ₹7,823 crore; guidance trimmed

Infosys reported a 6.2% rise in net profit to ₹7,823 crore for the second quarter of FY27, while revenue grew 10.7% to ₹49,244 crore. The IT major declared an interim dividend of ₹26 per share but cut its FY27 revenue guidance to 1-2%, citing subdued volumes, pricing pressure and weak discretionary spending in retail and hi-tech.
