The RealReal tightens bot defences against AI shopping agents

Luxury resale site The RealReal has updated its bot defence system, making it much harder for AI agents to log in, add items to carts and check out. The move came after a report showed Meta's Muse agent could repeatedly re-add listings to a cart, exploiting a 20-minute hold to block other shoppers for hours.
