SC: OBC Creamy Layer Verdict Not a Blanket Seniority Reset

The Supreme Court clarified that its March 11 OBC creamy layer judgment is not a blanket revision of service allocations or seniority. The Bench said the ruling determined only the rights of candidates who approached the court and were held to fall within the non-creamy layer.
