AI-edited Neighbours micro-drama focused on Margot Robbie worries cast

Fremantle, producer of Australian soap Neighbours, has partnered with US-based RoseBerry Media to use AI to scan decades of episodes and create short vertical videos for phones, initially focusing on Margot Robbie's character Donna Freedman. Some former actors and crew say they did not consent to their work being repurposed. Fremantle says no new scenes, altered faces or synthetic voices will be used.
