Andhra Pradesh moves MPTC, ZPTC polls to November 5; civic polls unchanged

Andhra Pradesh's State Election Commission has shifted MPTC and ZPTC polling from November 3 to November 5, as urban local body votes will be counted on November 3 and there are not enough staff for both. After reviewing the situation caused by Cyclone Arnab with district officials, it kept the November 1 date for civic body polls.
