Madras HC issues notice on plea questioning CJP leader Saurav Das's nationality

The Madras High Court has issued notices to the Centre and Cockroach Janata Party co-convenor Saurav Das on a petition seeking a probe into his nationality. Filed by businessman R. Ganesh Kumar, the plea asks for cancellation of Das's passport and Aadhaar if he is found not to be an Indian citizen, and also cites his alleged remarks against the judiciary.
