SEBI warns PC Jeweller MD over insider-trading database lapse

SEBI has issued an administrative warning to PC Jeweller managing director Balram Garg and compliance officer Vijay Panwar for failing to maintain a structured digital database for price-sensitive information. The lapse related to a business update for the June 2025 quarter, disclosed on July 3, 2025. The company said its trading window for insiders was closed from July 1 to August 3.
