UK promises new code to end 'rip-off' private parking charges

The UK prime minister says a new code will end "rip-off parking charges", but questions remain over whether it will work. Derby resident Rosey Greenwood was once asked to pay £1,906 for taking more than five minutes to pay at a car park, despite having bank records proving she paid every time. Her case was later raised in Parliament.
