Downing Street clarifies Andy Burnham's stance on EU free movement

Downing Street has been forced to clarify UK Prime Minister Andy Burnham's position on freedom of movement with the EU, after he said an 'honest discussion' was needed on the issue. His weekend interviews had fuelled speculation that staying out of free movement was no longer a red line in talks on closer ties with Brussels.
