Goa probe finds no illegality in alleged voter transfer to Fatorda
A preliminary inquiry ordered by Goa's Chief Electoral Officer found no basis for claims that voters were illegally moved from Curtorim to the Fatorda constituency. It said they were added through Form 6 applications during the 2017 roll revision, following due process. Fatorda MLA and Goa Forward Party chief Vijai Sardesai had alleged that over 50 voters were 'unlawfully migrated'.
