Karnataka draft rules bar coaching for children under 15

Karnataka has issued draft rules for private coaching centres that bar students under 15, or those who haven't completed Class 10, from enrolling. Coaching would be capped at five hours a day, allowed only between 6 am and 9 pm, and banned during school or college hours. Centres must also provide mental health counsellors and keep assessment results confidential.
