Replate connects restaurants and bakeries in Bengaluru and Hyderabad with customers through surprise bags of unsold food. The model turns end-of-day surplus into affordable meals, helps outlets recover costs and keeps good food out of the bin. The venture was co-founded by 28-year-old Karan Singh Gujral.
