Ex-Supreme Court judge Rajesh Bindal named NCLAT chairperson

Former Supreme Court Justice Rajesh Bindal has been appointed chairperson of the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal. Bindal retired from the top court on April 15 this year, after serving there for more than three years.
