Delhi curbs entry of older outside vehicles from November 1
From November 1 to January 31, Delhi will restrict outside-registered vehicles under the revised GRAP rules, allowing only BS-VI, CNG and electric vehicles. Even BS-VI cars need a valid PUC certificate. Non-BS-VI interstate diesel buses, tractors and jugaad vehicles are barred, and through-trucks must use peripheral expressways. ANPR cameras and RFID will enforce the rules.
