Bihar orders 75% attendance and no police housing in Saraswati Vidya Niketans

Bihar's education department has told district officials to strictly enforce 75% attendance in Saraswati Vidya Niketan model schools and, as far as possible, avoid housing police or setting up exam centres on their premises. Where clerks or attendants are missing, staff from nearby schools should be deputed. The department also wants morning assemblies, called 'Chetna Satra', conducted properly.
