Storm Boelo kills two in UK, leaves 90,000 properties without power

Two men were killed by falling trees as Storm Boelo battered the UK. A man in his 20s died in north London when a tree fell on the car he was driving, hours after a 60-year-old man died in Dumfries and Galloway. More than 90,000 properties lost power, and dangerous conditions delayed repair work, the Energy Networks Association said.
