Tata Motors posts ₹1,257 crore Q2 profit, raises Iveco offer

Tata Motors, the group's commercial vehicles company, reported a consolidated net profit of ₹1,257 crore for the September quarter against a ₹867 crore loss a year ago, helped by lower mark-to-market losses on its Tata Capital investment. Revenue grew 36% to ₹25,232 crore. It raised its Iveco offer price to €14.4, and the tender offer stays open until October 26.
