At least four Palestinians killed in Gaza despite ceasefire

At least four Palestinians were killed in Gaza on Saturday as Israeli attacks continued despite a ceasefire in place for over a year. Shelling of Nuseirat refugee camp killed teacher Diaa Abu al-Rous, a man died from earlier injuries, and two girls died after their tent caught fire in al-Mawasi. Gaza's health ministry says 1,580 have been killed since the ceasefire.
