Court frames charges against Yasin Malik, Engineer Rashid in terror-funding case

A Delhi court has ordered the trial of Yasin Malik, Baramulla MP Engineer Rashid and five others in an alleged ₹8.94 crore terror-funding and money laundering case linked to Pakistan-based hawala channels. Special Judge Prashant Sharma framed charges under PMLA and said prosecution evidence will be recorded from November 19. Malik pleaded not guilty via video link.
