Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh named to UP BJP state executive ahead of 2027 polls

Former six-term MP Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh has been made a member of the Uttar Pradesh BJP state executive for the first time, as the party prepares for the 2027 Assembly elections. State chief Pankaj Chaudhary formed the panel ahead of a Lucknow meeting to be addressed by Amit Shah and Yogi Adityanath. Singh was dropped in 2024 amid harassment allegations.
