Nepal PM Balen Shah to seek aid, investment on first India visit

Nepal will seek Indian help for flood reconstruction, new hydropower investment and faster work on stalled infrastructure projects during PM Balen Shah's proposed India visit in late November, his first bilateral trip abroad. Foreign secretary Vikram Misri is expected in Kathmandu on November 4 to set the agenda, after months of friction including differences over Lipulekh.
