AAIB blames Air India Express crew for Goa runway incursion

The AAIB has found that an Air India Express crew's failure to follow air traffic control instructions, along with miscommunication, probably caused a runway incursion at Goa's Dabolim airport on April 3 as a Navy fighter jet was taking off. The Boeing 737-8, due to operate flight AXB 1109 to Delhi, had 171 people aboard. No one was injured.
